It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Past Chief Joseph "Joe" Giuttari. Joe passed away on Monday January 4, 2010 after a long and courageous battle, he was 79 years old. His son Vernon Giuttari is a member and Past President of the company and his daughter-in-law Noreen Giuttari is our current treasurer. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this time. Services were held at Berry-Short Funeral Home in Milford with the viewing on Saturday, January 9th from 6pm to 8pm. On Sunday January 10th the services were at 2pm at the funeral home. There was a full fireman's funeral. Joe was laid to rest at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery on Sunday and then the family gathered back at the station for a memorial luncheon. Our thoughts and prayers our with the family during this difficult time.
