On January 4, 2010, station 40 was dispatched for a cover up assignment for station 49. After going on location to station 49, Quint 40 was given an assignment change to assist station 49 on a structure fire located on Tubmill Pond Road. This location was West Farm Industries. Quint 40 had a crew of 6, later Tanker 40 also responded to assist with shuttle operations with a crew of 4 including Chief Jeff Morris. We assisted with fire suppression and Quint 40 performed ladder pipe operation with the assistance of Chief Carpenter (42) and Assistant Chief Griffin (42).
