On December 18, 2009 Fayline passed away at her daughter's home in Milford, she was 66. She was born in Baltimore , MD. Her husband Ed passed away in 2005. Faye was the Outreach Coordinator for the Frederica Senior Center. She was a Life Member of the Bowers Ladies Auxiliary and before her illness was very active with both organizations. She is survived by her Daughter Sherry Webb of Milford, Son Ed Denkenberger II of Frederica, 4 Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
