Kent County Firefighters Auxiliary holds Memorial Service - Bowers Fire Company - Station 40

On May 25, 2010, our auxiliary hosted the Kent County Firefighters Meeting and Memorial Service. There were 18 Ladies/Gentlemen that passed away and their memories were honored at this service. Bowers lost two of our own this past year Fayeline Denkenberger and Jean Vanaman who were both Life Members. Their families as well as the families of the other ladies and gentlemen, attended to participate in the service. A special thanks to the ladies and gentlemen of Bowers for providing a wonderful meal and great hospitality. This service was put together by Brenda Wingle with the help of her committee and they did an outstanding job.
