On Saturday, September 18th the 2010 conference parade took place in Dover. Bowers Fire Company placed 2nd in the category of best appearing aerial with Quint 40. BFC Auxiliary also came home with a 7th place trophy for marching. Bowers lead the parade this year thanks to Lorraine Madden, outgoing LADVFA President. Cathy Mosley, Past President of BFC Aux, rode and served as the Grand Marshall for the parade. Also included in the parade were Command 40 and Rescue 40. Thanks to all those who participated in any way with the conference parade, it was a job well done.
