Station 40 was alerted for an MVC with intrappment on Bay Rd., in the area of Clapham Rd.  A-40 responded from the Milford area as they were returning from a previous transport.  Rescue 40 responded with Captain Giuttari and assumed Bay Rd. command upon arrival.  Two SUV's were involved in a head on style collision.  Crews from B-49 and A-40 initiated patient care as crews from Rescue 40 and Engine 40 secured vehicles and assisted with patient packaging.
