The Bowers Fire Company held a Pork Chop Dinner on May 11, 2012 from 4 until 8pm to benefit the Wales family. Stephanie and Jerry Wales lost most of their belongings due to a mobile home fire on April 29th. They are in need of all household items because what wasn't damaged by the fire has heavy smoke and water damage. Thanks to all our members who showed up to either help work the dinner or to purchase the meal. It was a huge success and we were able to help the family get back on their feet. Great job by all!!
