On Thursday, March 7th, Ralph Blades turned 93. Mr Blades is our only living Charter Member. Ralph was awarded Chief Emeritus in 2006. We love to hear the stories of the old days and firefighting that he relives as he tells them. Ralph still continues his support of the Bowers Fire Company by participating in various parades and events that we have. We are grateful for his support and glad he is here to help us celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Happy Birthday to you Mr. Blades from the Officers and Members of the Bowers Fire Company!!
