It is with deep regret that Houston Vol. Fire Company announces the passing of Harold "Tom" Aptt. Tom was a Past Chief, Past President, and Life Member. Harold joined the department in 1947. In addition to his 66 year career in the Houston Vol. Fire Company. He was well known up and down the state by many fellow firefighters with whom most he would greet with a "How The Heck Are Ya". He was a kind, loving, and caring man who touched the lives of many and will be sorely missed.
