Jack Peterman, R-Milford, has announced that the incumbent legislator passed away from an undisclosed illness On August 10, 2016. First elected to the State House of Representatives in 2010, Rep. Peterman was finishing his third, two-year term. Previously, he had a long tenure serving on Kent County Levy Court as both a commissioner and president.
